- Documentation Strategy – complete. Persona-first IA, deprecation matrix, platform evaluation (14 platforms), Mintlify selection.
- Content Rewrites – complete in shape, refinement ongoing. All 10 tabs published. Gateways verify, monitor, and connect threads built or shipping. v2 cleanup backlog acknowledged and tracked in
docs-guide/features/gap-analysis.mdx. - v1 Live with redirects + SEO/AEO/WCAG/analytics/i18n – mostly complete. v1 + version switcher live, SEO generator expanded, AEO partial (no CI gate yet), WCAG audited and partially repaired, analytics partial, i18n switcher live with no published translations.
- Public maintenance workflow – substantially advanced beyond proposal. Style guide extended, contribution workflow plus agent governance plus native adapters, ownerless governance formalised, CODEOWNERS preserved, decision registry added, 8 issue templates with auto-label + auto-assign.
Outcomes outside the original RFP scope
