This page has been retired. Why this moved
Two near-identical published files (voice-rules.mdx and voice-and-copy.mdx) created maintenance ambiguity and let the two surfaces drift independently. The collapse to one canonical file is tracked in the consolidation work at workspace/thread-outputs/repo-docs-consolidation/00-SYNTHESIS.md (community-help item UI-2).
